Q: Is it safe for children to take Sereni-T™?
A: Although we have no reason to believe that it wouldn’t be safe for children, it hasn’t been assessed for use with children under the age of 12 years and therefore we can’t recommend it for them at this stage.
Q: Is it safe to take Sereni-T™ if I’m taking prescription medication?
A: If you are taking prescription medication, consult your doctor before taking Sereni-T™ or any other dietary supplement for that matter.
Q: I already drink (or could start drinking) green tea so why should I take Sereni-T™?
A: The amount of green tea in the daily recommened dose of Sereni-T™ is about the same as six cups of green tea a day which is more than most people would want to drink. However, Sereni-T™ also contains Withania, tuna oil and important B group vitamins combined synergistically and delivered by the Episorb® system for maximum effect. It’s a case of the “whole being greater than the sum of the parts”. And, six cups of green tea would cost the same or more than the cost of the daily recommended dose of Sereni-T™ so you’re effectively getting the other ingredients and Episorb® for free!
Q: Does the green tea in Sereni-T™ contain caffeine and will it affect me?
A: All pure green tea (like that in Sereni-T™) contains caffeine. However it also contains enough L-Theanine to counteract the effects of the caffeine. A number of our clients who are sensitive to the effects of caffeine, such as disrupted sleep, have reported that their sleep is even better than usual, probably because they’re less stressed.
Q: Some naturpoaths such as Wayne Pickstone of the Hervey Bay Wellbeing Centre recommend that his clients avoid drinking green tea as he says that it puts strain on the liver. Why, then, are you promoting Sereni-T™ which contains green tea?
A: Wayne is a good friend of mine and I'm also a clients of his so as soon as we started looking at this formula I spoke to Wayne about it. He says that the negatives claims re green tea only apply when it's in an infusion (as in a tea) as the liver struggles to process every component of it. However, green tea as a supplement is very beneficial and Wayne has many clients taking this with only positive effects.
Q: I use Holosync® meditation for my stress and anxiety (www.meditate.com.au). Why would I want to try Sereni-T™?
A: You probably don’t need to try it but your family or friends who also have stress or anxiety might. Having said that: (1) We know that for a wholistic approach, addressing mind, body and spirit is best. Holosync® handles the mind and spirit exceptionally well but Sereni-T™ could be the “body” aspect for you. (2) Some Holosync® users experience resistance, particularly early in the program. Sereni-T™ could help at this time.
Q: I see that most of the leading weight loss products such as Hydroxycut™ contain green tea. Does that mean that I also might lose weight if I take Sereni-T™?
